132612 - Team Leader Site Engineer (Construction Supervision) - Construction

RGF's Client – a Japanese construction company  – is looking for a Team Leader Site Engineer to supervise site engineering operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure smooth construction progress and compliance with project standards.

• Working Location: Assigned work site: (Dong Nai, Binh Duong or So on)
• Monthly Salary: 25M~35M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Support construction management for assigned projects, including schedule, quality, safety, and cost control, and ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Visit construction sites with the Japanese Project Manager to check project progress, identify issues, and coordinate with subcontractors and related parties.
• Manage subcontractors' work, monitor progress and quality, and coordinate solutions when delays or issues occur.
• Conduct safety patrols and provide safety guidance to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors from different trades (building, electrical, MEP, etc.) to support smooth site operations.
• Report project progress and site issues to the Japanese Project Manager, and assist in implementing improvement measures when necessary.
• Supervise and support approximately three junior staff or Assistant Supervisors, providing daily guidance and work management.
• Project sites are mainly located in Southern Vietnam (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, etc.), so long-term business trips are not required.

職務内容

• 担当プロジェクトにおける施工管理（工程・品質・安全・原価）の実務を担当し、担当エリア・工種の工事が計画通りに進捗するよう管理・調整を行います。
• 日本人上司とともに各建設現場を巡回し、施工状況の確認や課題の把握を行い、現場全体が円滑に運営されるよう協力会社や関係者との調整を行います。
• 協力会社（サブコン）の施工計画・進捗・品質を管理し、工程遅延や現場課題が発生した際には関係各所と調整を行い、円滑な工事運営を推進します。
• 現場の安全管理を担当し、安全パトロールや安全指導を実施するとともに、会社基準および法令に基づいた施工が行われるよう管理します。
• 建築・設備・電気など各工種の協力会社と連携し、工程・施工の調整を行いながら、現場運営をサポートします。
• 工事の進捗状況や現場課題について日本人上司へ報告し、必要に応じて改善提案や対応策の実施を行います。
• 約3名の部下（若手社員・Assistant Supervisor等）の業務管理・指導・育成を担当し、チームの円滑な運営を支援します。
• 担当現場はベトナム南部エリア（ビンズン省・ドンナイ省・ロンアン省など）が中心となるため、長期出張はありません。

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: College diploma
• Language: Intermediate English
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in construction site management or construction supervision.
• Experience in schedule, quality, safety, and cost control for building construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing multiple construction trades on site.
• Experience reporting project progress and site issues to management.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team (around 2–5 staff) is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Willing to travel within Southern Vietnam for site visits.

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Experience working for a Japanese general contractor or Japanese construction company.
• Experience in factory, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese construction regulations and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management.
• Experience working with foreign managers or multinational project teams.
• PMP, construction management, or HSE-related certifications are an advantage.

• 建築施工管理または現場監督として5年以上の実務経験
• 建築プロジェクトにおける工程・品質・安全・原価管理の経験
• 協力会社（サブコン）の管理や各工種との工程調整経験
• 工事進捗や現場課題について上司・関係者へ報告・調整を行った経験
• 2～5名程度の部下・チームメンバーを指導・管理した経験
• ベトナム南部エリア（ビンズン・ドンナイ・ロンアン等）の現場への訪問・移動が可能な方

• 日系ゼネコンまたは日系建設会社での勤務経験
• 工場・物流施設・商業施設などの建築プロジェクト経験
• ベトナムの建設法規・安全管理に関する知識
• 外国人マネージャーとの業務経験
• 施工管理技士や安全管理に関する資格をお持ちの方
