132854 - Operation Staff (Junior/Senior) - Forwarding

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry - is looking for an Operation Staff (Junior/Senior) – Forwarding to handle ocean and air import/export operations, coordinate with customers and logistics partners, prepare shipping documents and invoices, monitor shipment status, and ensure smooth daily forwarding operations.

• Working Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 18M ~ 23.4M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Ocean & Air Import / Export shipments.
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs brokers.
• Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including House Bills of Lading (HBL).
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Language: Basic English communication skills (daily conversation and simple business communication)
- Experience/Skills: 

• 3-5 years or more of experience in a freight forwarding company (Senior: minimum 5 years' experience, Junior: minimum 3 years' experience)
• Experience in Ocean Freight operations (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Experience in both Ocean and Air Freight operations
• Experience using a freight forwarding management system
• Chinese language skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork skills
