132856 - Deputy General Manager - Forwarding

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the Forwarding industry - is looking for a Deputy General Manager to establish and manage forwarding operations, develop new business, drive revenue growth, and lead the Sales & Operations team.

• Working Location: District 01, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Build and establish business operations from the ground up, including operational processes, vendor management, team structure, and the forwarding system
• Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue across sea, air, and land freight forwarding services
• Oversee daily forwarding operations and directly resolve customer issues
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately six members, including Sales and Operations staff
• Drive business growth by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, gross profit (GP), and customer acquisition
• Handle occasional domestic business trips within Vietnam (e.g., Hanoi)

Necessary Skills / Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Language: Business-level English (mandatory)
- Experience: 

• 7~10 years or more of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Hands-on experience in both sales and operations, not limited to management responsibilities
• Proven track record of independently developing new business and generating revenue
• Computer skills required

Preferable Skill/ Experience
- Experience working in a startup or small-team environment
- Existing customer network within Vietnam
- Japanese or Chinese language ability is an advantage
