132885 - Country Manager - Logistics

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the logistics industry - is looking for a Country Manager to lead the company's business operations in Vietnam, drive sustainable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence in line with the company's global strategy.

• Working Location: Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
• Monthly Salary: 60M ~ 80M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Building relationships with existing customers
• Managing on-site operations and troubleshooting
• Proposing and implementing operational reviews and improvements
• Developing new customers and increasing profitability
• Providing services that meet customer needs
• Managing daily forwarding operations and directly responding to customer inquiries
• Managing the work of team members
• Setting KPIs based on sales, gross profit, and customer base
• Coordinating with accounting firms for payroll, bonuses, payment, and financial reports
• Managing back-office operations
• Reporting to Japanese headquarters and the Singapore office

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: Business-level English
- Experience: 

• Over 7-10 years of managerial experience in the logistics industry
• Have good knowledge of warehouse operations (including bonded warehouses)
• Experience in inland transportation, warehouse management, and related fields
• Experience in both sales and operations (not only management)
• Experience in member management and reporting tasks
• Good understanding of office operations
• Proven ability to generate business independently

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Good understanding of Japanese company culture
• Can lead a team with strong teamwork skills
• Can actively work towards improving the situation rather than simply maintaining the status quo
