RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the real estate industry - is looking for a Legal Leader to be responsible for the company's legal matters, including corporate legal affairs and legal matters related to project investment and construction, particularly investment in apartment building construction projects for FDI enterprises.

• Working Location: Son Tra Dist, Danang City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on ability and experience (High Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Company's legal issues, including corporate legal and project investment and construction legal (specifically, investment in the construction of apartment buildings for an FDI enterprise).
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
• Job details will be discussed at the interview.

・Education: University degree or higher in Law.
・Language: English - Conversational Level
・Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Experience in both corporate and project law.
• Legal experience in real estate development and urban development projects.

・Skills: 

• Proactive and eager to take on challenges in a wide range of legal fields.
• Willing to work overtime to complete tasks within deadlines, regardless of working hours.
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has a strong desire to help colleagues and be of service to others.
• Can communicate smoothly with colleagues and clients and build trusting relationships.

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Preferably a candidate with working experience in Japan
• English skill: Business level
• Working experience in a big Japanese company as an assistant
• Having knowledge about construction and real estate.
• A person who lives in Danang
