RGF's Client - a Japanese company in manufacturing lighting - is looking for a Junior Project Sales Staff to responsible for project-based sales activities to corporate clients in construction, interior design, equipment, and manufacturing sectors, focusing on consultative sales approach and building long-term customer relationships.

• Working Location: Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi City
• Monthly Salary: 16M - 20M VND (Gross)
• Job Responsibilities:
  • ​​​​​​​Conduct business activities with corporate clients such as construction companies, interior design firms, equipment companies, and manufacturers.
  • Regular visits to existing customers and relationship building
  • New customer acquisition
  • Gathering project information and proposal activities
  • Creation of quotations, proposals, etc.
  • Coordination with internal technical and production departments
  • Customer support regarding delivery dates and specifications
  • Reporting to Japanese managers

Necessary Skill / Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree
- Language Skills: Japanese Intermediate or English Business Level (Japanese preferable)
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, including experience negotiating and working with distributors and retail store buyers

Preferable Skill/ Experience:
- Experience in the lighting industry
- Sales experience targeting Japanese manufacturers
- Project sales experience
