RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry - is looking for an HR/GA Manager to manage the HR & General Affairs team, oversee recruitment, employee development, labor management, and compliance, support corporate administration and ISO-related activities, organize employee welfare programs, and coordinate with the Japan headquarters.

• Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 37M VND Gross

Job Description

• Manage the HR & General Affairs team (including HR staff, security guards, cafeteria staff, and cleaning staff)
• Handle recruitment, employee development, and HR system operation/improvement
• Manage labor relations, labor law compliance, and company regulations
• Support organizational operations in cooperation with management
• Assist with shareholders' meetings, board meetings, company regulations, and company registration procedures (ERC, IRC, etc.)
• Maintain and improve ISO and other international standards
• Plan and organize company events and employee welfare activities
• Support group-wide initiatives and projects
• Communicate and report to the Japan headquarters

業務内容

• 人事・総務部門のマネジメント（HRスタッフ、守衛、食堂、清掃スタッフを含む）
• 採用活動、人材育成、人事制度の運用・改善
• 労務管理、労働法対応、社内規程の管理などのコンプライアンス業務
• 経営層と連携した組織運営のサポート
• 株主総会・取締役会の運営補助、定款管理、ERC・IRC等の会社関連手続き
• ISO等の国際規格に関する運用・維持・改善活動の管理
• 社内イベントや福利厚生施策の企画・運営
• グループの各種施策の対応
• 日本本社との各種連携・報告業務

Necessary Skills / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree or above
・Language: English: Business level
・Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR & General Affairs Manager in a foreign-invested manufacturing company (including Japanese companies)
• Experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment
• Practical experience in labor management and compliance
• Experience in recruitment and talent development
• Experience in organizational administration and corporate procedures (e.g., shareholders' meetings, board meetings, ERC, IRC, etc.)

• Able to commute to the company by themselves

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Language：Japanese: Conversational level or above
