133310 - Sales Executive - Chemicals

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in producing and supplying printing products - is looking for a Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies for chemical ink products while building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the manufacturing sector.

• Working Location: Lang Ward, Ha Noi City
• Monthly Salary: 14,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND 
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Finding potential customers from various sources including client recommendations, internet searches, and telephone directories, followed by conducting visits for product introduction.
  • Building positive and long-term relationships with existing key customers, distributors, and new customers to explore market opportunities.
  • Controlling stock levels, negotiating contracts, and arranging product delivery when customers place orders.
  • Arranging routine customer visits, providing regular updates, and offering additional services and products.
  • Preparing annual sales targets and budgets for assigned products.
  • Monitoring and managing price fluctuations, inventory levels, and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinating with sales administration to monitor and control customer payments.
  • Performing other business-related duties as assigned.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education: College/University graduates with majors in Chemistry/Printing Technology/Business Administration/Economics or related fields
• Language: English at Conversational level
• Experience: More than 1 year of sales experience
• Skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Enjoy travelling, creative, self-starter, good team player
• Able to handle pressure and manage change
• Professional working style

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Preferred experience in Technical/Chemical field
