RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the Trading industry - is looking for Customer Support (BtoB Sales Staff) to handle customer support, coordinate with customers and business partners, manage sales cases, projects, inventory, and forecasts, and conduct market research.

• Working Location: An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Position Objective/Expectation

• We are looking for a new member to handle material supply and customer support. Initially, you will be responsible for a wide range of sales-related activities, including customer communication, material supply, case/project management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Rather than simple consumables supply or route sales, the business focuses on relatively large-scale, project-based sales involving capital investment. The sales approach is solution-based, involving understanding customers’ needs and challenges and proposing and coordinating the necessary products, equipment, and materials accordingly.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, including handling inquiries
• Understand customers’ needs and challenges
• Introduce products and services
• Coordinate and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partner companies
• Manage case/project progress
• Manage material/product supply and inventory
• Manage sales forecasts and cases
• Conduct market research and gather information
• Share information internally and externally, including reporting, communication, and consultation

• 材料供給およびカスタマーサポートを担当するメンバーを募集します。まずは顧客対応、材料供給、案件・プロジェクト管理、社内外との調整など、営業に近い業務に幅広く従事していただきます。
• 単純な消耗品の供給やルート営業ではなく、設備投資など比較的規模の大きいプロジェクト型のビジネスを扱い、顧客のニーズや課題をヒアリングしたうえで、必要な製品・設備・資材などを組み合わせて提案・調整する課題解決型・ソリューション型の営業スタイルとなります。

• 顧客からの問い合わせなどコミュニケーション業務
• 顧客のニーズ・課題の把握
• 製品・サービスの紹介
• 顧客、仕入先、パートナー企業との調整・関係構築
• 案件・プロジェクトの進捗管理
• 材料・製品の供給および在庫管理
• 売上予測・案件管理
• 市場調査・情報収集
• 社内外への情報共有・報告、連絡、相談

Necessary Skills / Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language: Business-level English
- Experience: Around 2 years of experience in a general trading company, machinery trading company, or similar industry, with experience in either of the following:

• Client communication experience in B2B sales, sales assistance, or similar roles
• Experience in trade operations or procurement

- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience handling overseas customers
• Experience working for a Japanese trading company
• Business-level Japanese

経験： 総合商社や機械商社などで、下記いずれかの実務経験が2年程度ある方

• BtoB営業、セールスアシスタントなどでのクライアントコミュニケーション経験
• 貿易実務や購買業務の経験

スキル: Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook等）の基本操作

歓迎スキル・経験

• 海外顧客を担当した経験
• 日系商社での勤務経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語
