- Create, update & revise 2D floor plans, elevations, details for the structural renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry).
- Maintain the accuracy of drawings, and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate drawings, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
- Assist in the development of internal drawing standards and guidelines for work planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of proven experience working with AutoCAD.
- Effective English communication skills.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with other Autodesk software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D) is a plus.
- Experience working with international companies is an advantage.
