3D Designer

• Complete new and modified 3D designs on time using Rhino or PowerShape.

• Manage 2D/3D data on the public server.

• Collaborate with the mold team to evaluate mold designs.

• Follow up and manage the commercialization process.

• Regularly update SharePoint and OneNote with the latest data.

• Oversee the care and maintenance of product wood jigs and monitor mold manufacturing by subcontractors.

• Support the development team in evaluating injection tooling and product testing.

• Follow up and update customer feedback, ensuring revisions are addressed as needed.

Location: Long Thanh (Company car provided for transportation from HCM/Bien Hoa City)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (1 Saturday off per month)

• Education: Graduate from College/University with a major in Development Footwear, Business Administration, English, or other relevant fields.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in 3D software, particularly Rhino and PowerShape.

  • Ability to read 2D/3D blueprints, specification sheets, and understand basic mold creation.

  • Experience and knowledge of the footwear manufacturing process.

  • Strong communication skills in English (both speaking and listening).

  • Familiar with MS Office Suite.

  • Understanding of plastic injection, tooling structure, and mold marking standards.
