3D Pattern Development
Build accurate digital patterns using Lectra, CLO3D, or Browzwear for a range of products.
Translate 2D sketches, technical drawings, and design concepts into 3D virtual garments.
Conduct virtual fittings to evaluate silhouette, proportion, and material behavior.
Technical & Product Development
Collaborate with designers to ensure creative ideas are technically feasible and production-ready.
Apply knowledge of textiles and garment construction to refine drape, fit, and finish in digital prototypes.
Support product lifecycle from concept through SMS (salesman samples) to bulk production.
Innovation & Efficiency
Reduce reliance on physical samples by providing realistic 3D prototypes for design, sales, and approval.
Contribute to faster decision-making and more sustainable workflows by minimizing waste.
Explore new applications of 3D technology in both design and communication (e.g.,digital showrooms, sales tools).
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to align creative vision with industrial capacity.
Provide technical insights during fittings, pattern adjustments, and construction reviews.
Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Degree in Pattern Making, Technical Design, Fashion Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in pattern making, with proven skills in industrial design software (Lectra, CLO3D, Browzwear).
Must know how to work on Lectra
Solid knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and industrial manufacturing processes.
Strong dimensional understanding of fit, volume, and drape.
Experience with denim and/or tailoring is highly desirable.
Ability to balance creative thinking with technical problem-solving.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
