Job Summary
- The 3PL & Logistics Manager owns outsourced warehouse operations and logistics performance to ensure stable, accurate and cost-efficient nationwide distribution in a trading environment with consistent operational demand and structured SKU complexity.
- This role is accountable for warehouse execution governance, inventory integrity, product quality control, 3PL performance management and cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment between operational execution and business requirements.
- The position plays a key role in safeguarding service reliability, cost efficiency and operational discipline across the end-to-end distribution process.
Key Responsibilities
1. 3PL Warehouse Governance & Operations Control
- Own end-to-end performance of outsourced warehouse (3PL) operations including inbound, outbound, RTV, storage and inventory handling
- Ensure warehouse execution consistency in alignment with SOPs, operational standards and business requirements
- Safeguard inventory integrity through structured control of cycle count, stock reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain stock accuracy, FEFO/FIFO discipline and proper inventory aging control
- Monitor operational execution and ensure timely escalation and resolution of systemic warehouse issues with 3PL partners
- Ensure warehouse operations support stable and accurate distribution flow across business channels
2. Product Quality & Inventory Loss Control
- Ensure product quality compliance across inbound, storage and outbound processes within 3PL operations
- Oversee handling of damaged, defective and non-compliant stock with clear resolution ownership
- Control operational losses through proper warehouse handling discipline and process governance
- Identify root causes of recurring quality or inventory issues and ensure preventive actions are implemented with 3PL partners
- Strengthen control mechanisms to minimize risk of inventory leakage and handling errors
3. 3PL Performance & Cost Management
- Own 3PL performance management framework and ensure service consistency across warehouse operations
- Conduct periodic business reviews with 3PL partners and track execution of improvement actions
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational reliability in day-to-day warehouse execution
- Monitor logistics and warehouse cost structure, including billing accuracy and operational charges
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency improvement without impacting service quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational stability and productivity
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as key coordination point between Logistics, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Finance
- Ensure alignment between demand planning, order fulfillment and warehouse execution
- Support smooth order to cash process and resolve operational gaps across functions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage demand changes and operational priorities
- Ensure logistics execution supports overall business planning, service level commitments and customer requirements
- Facilitate communication between business functions and 3PL partners for issue resolution and process alignment
5. Team Management & Capability Development
- Lead internal logistics team with clear accountability and performance expectations
- Develop team capability in warehouse operations, inventory governance and vendor coordination
- Build a performance-driven culture focused on ownership, discipline and execution quality
- Ensure effective coordination between internal team and 3PL partners
- Support individual development and succession planning within the logistics team
6. KPI Ownership
- Own overall warehouse and logistics performance across 3PL and internal operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy, service stability and operational efficiency are consistently maintained
- Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, quality control and execution reliability
- Ensure logistics performance aligns with business distribution needs and operational strategy
