1. Planning & Account management
• Strategic business planning by developing and implement customers’ business plans in alignment
with the company strategic Sales, Marketing and Category Plans.
• Customer Business Development: Deal with key customers for setting objectives and develop
plans, develop good long term business relations by JBP with customer
2. Coordinate cross function
• Coordinate cross function with internal team (MT, Trade, Marketing) to planning by account,
control budget; with Finance team to follow credit
• Deployment company campaign to Field sale: launching, display, promotion, activation….
• Monitor weekly & monthly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and
market trends.
3. Leadership/People management
• Recruitment, develop, coaching & training Field Sales (SS, PG/SR)
• Set target, monthly working plan & monitor
• Consolidate & analysis report from Field Sales
• Bachelor’ degree in Economic or Management
• Minimum 3 year-experience at same level in FMCG environment
• Good relationship with international account
• Understanding of Trade Marketing, Planning, Operations
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good computer skill
