Account Manager (Social Outreach - Influencer Marketing)

Business Development (20%)

• Expand business scale with current customers. Create new business

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

Project Management (70%)

• Playing the role of project leader in implementing company projects.

• Being responsible for the quality of brainstorm sessions, concept orientation, ideas of the project.

• Conducting project presentations with the help / participation of related Teams.

• Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects

Training (10%)

• Provide clear roadmap & guidance and always-on improving leadership to catch up the promotion process

• Leading, inspiring and driving the team to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement).

• Developing the team by coaching and training team members to improve skill

• Have 4+ year experience in advertising/marketing agency as same role 

• Good at teamwork: ability to socialize and synchronize with team members.

• Can stand strong pressure: ability to work stressful situations during projects. Accept the situation as it is and face difficulties to solve together with the team
