KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bank & Payment Management
· Process timely and accurate bank payments in accordance with company procedures.
· Prepare and thoroughly reconcile the total amounts on Payment Slips against valid original supporting documents.
· Perform daily data entry and record all banking transactions into SAP on time.
2. Expense Control & Compliance
· Verify and check the compliance of all payment requests, ensuring full alignment with local Tax regulations and internal company policies.
· Identify, analyze, and flag unusual or unreasonable expenses to support corporate cost control initiatives.
· Accurately record and categorize business expenses into SAP.
3. Balance Checking & Reconciliation
· Conduct regular SAP balance checking and reconciliation across key accounts, including: Cash, Banks, Salary, Insurance, Trade Union fees, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Interest, Loans, Accounts Payable (AP), and Staff advances/claims.
4. Quarterly Rebate Management
· Monitor, review, and perform quarterly rebate checking to ensure accuracy and compliance with business agreements.
5. Documentation & Ad-hoc Tasks
· Properly store, archive, and manage all accounting documents and vouchers systematically for future audits.
· Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Chief Accountant or CFO
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in AP, Payment, or General Accountant roles. Practical experience working with SAP software.
· Solid understanding of local accounting principles, payment procedures
· High level of accuracy, integrity, and the ability to hand over tasks quickly
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability in handling company financial data
· Strong attention to detail with extreme precision to ensure zero errors in figures and payment vouchers.
· High sense of responsibility, hardworking, and fully committed to fulfilling the 8-month tenure.
