Accountant Supervisor (làm việc tại Tây Ninh)

1. Reviewing local and foreign payment vouchers and posting journals on the system

2. Create the asset code, run a depreciation, and amortization on the system, and double-check with the excel tracking file.

3. Making accrual expenses and allocating short-term and long–term expenses for monthly closing

4. Checking the staff costs of departments and input into the system

5. Reconciling export revenue with the import-export department, issue the VAT invoice

6. Preparing the monthly PIT, VAT declaration, and PIT finalization

7. Monthly, reconcile the cash deposit book with the bank statement, the customer detail book with the AR ledger, the vendor detail book with the AP ledger

8. Preparing and analyzing inventory reports

9. Reconciling balance with other Intercoms in the Group

10. Preparing the revaluation report

11. Preparing monthly reports for the Group: PL, BS, and other reports for management purposes

12. Preparing reports for state agencies (statistical reports, reports for industrial zone authorities, etc.)

13. Preparing the annual budget report

14. Ad-hoc matter to be assigned

15. Working with auditors, preparing data for financial statements

16. Fulfill other requirements of the local CFO and HQ

- University graduate in accounting and / or finance.

- Minimum 5-10 years working experience, at least 4-5 years’ experience as chief accountant.

- Deep VAS/IFRS & Tax rule knowledge and experience.

- Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible

- Meticulous, focused, and careful in work.
