Accountant

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:

• As a key member of the ERP system transformation project, you will be responsible for developing criteria for automating data integration from large volumes of e-commerce data into the ERP system. You will handle system connection issues, propose solutions, and manage a testing team to ensure the system operates smoothly and accurately.
• Develop criteria for automating data integration between e-commerce platforms and the ERP system, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Identify and address issues encountered during system integration, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the ERP system functions smoothly and accurately.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the ERP system to guarantee that it operates as expected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related challenges and optimize processes.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data throughout the integration process.
• Control Order-to-Cash Process, covering all steps from sales orders to sales proceeds collection on-time-in-full
• Review team works on results and ensure revenue and receivable are properly and accurately recorded promptly
• Communicate and cooperate with other finance team members for month-end close
• Check the accounting entries, prepare month-end account reconciliations following legal regulations and management requirements
• Support/ lead improvements (either small or big) via automation
• Coordinate with auditors.
• Other duties assigned by Senior Accounting Manager (or FC, CFO)

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications
• Strong Excel, Power query or Power BI is a plus
• Having partnering mindset to support/ provide added values
• 2-3 years working experience
