Role Summary

IPA-NIMA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounting & Operations Coordinator to support the Chief Accountant and management team in the day-to-day financial, tax compliance, statutory reporting and operational activities of the business. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping and provides exposure to multiple aspects of a growing fashion brand, including accounting, accounts payables and receivable, inventory reconciliation, supplier payments, banking, tax administration, regulatory compliance, and office operations.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between the company's operations, external service providers, banks, tax authorities, and the Chief Accountant, helping ensure that financial records, compliance obligations, and administrative processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. Training and mentoring will be provided by the Chief Accountant, offering valuable exposure to multiple aspects of accounting and business operations within a growing fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries.
  Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh hàng ngày.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  Theo dõi công nợ phải trả và công nợ phải thu.
• Bank reconciliations.
  Đối chiếu số dư ngân hàng.
• VAT documentation and electronic invoices.
  Thực hiện hồ sơ thuế GTGT và hóa đơn điện tử.
• Inventory reconciliation.
  Đối chiếu, kiểm kê hàng tồn kho.
• Supplier payments.
  Theo dõi và thực hiện thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp.
• Banking administration.
  Hỗ trợ các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến ngân hàng.
• Filing accounting records and supporting documents.
  Lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán và hồ sơ liên quan.
• General office administration.
  Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính văn phòng chung.

Ideal Candidate

• Candidates with 1–2 years' accounting experience.
  Có từ 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Basic understanding of Vietnam Accounting principles.
  Có kiến thức cơ bản về nguyên tắc kế toán Việt Nam.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  Thành thạo Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MISA or similar accounting software is an advantage.
  Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm MISA hoặc phần mềm kế toán tương tự là lợi thế.
• Intermediate verbal and written English ability and email communication is an advantage.
  Có khả năng giao tiếp, viết email bằng tiếng Anh ở mức trung cấp là lợi thế.
