Job Description

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Support monthly closing activities, annual audits, and statutory submissions including CIT, VAT, and other tax filings
Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting schedules and records
Perform accurate data entry into the ERP system
Administer payroll, including statutory deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements
Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR-related documents, and maintain employee records
Handle visa application procedures for employees

Male/Female. Under 40 years old
Bachelor’s degree required
1–2 years of experience in an Accounting cum HR role
Experience in payroll administration, social insurance, visa processing for expatriates, recruitment, and timekeeping support
Hands-on experience in handling VAT, PIT, CIT submission, and accounts receivable
Good command of English
Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and other office software
