· Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and monthly/annual reconciliations in SAP.

· Lead month‑end closing activities, journal postings, and reconciliations between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

· Oversee cash flow and banking operations, including cash forecasting, payment scheduling, and daily bank reconciliation.

· Ensure full compliance with Vietnam tax regulations: VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), and other applicable taxes.

· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns; coordinate with tax agents when required.

· Support CIT finalization, VAT refund processes, and responses to tax authority inquiries.

· Monitor tax changes and assess impact on the company; provide recommendations to management on mitigating tax risks.

Finance Leadership & Governance

· Lead the Finance function in Vietnam, including accounting, tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and financial controls.

· Work closely with local management in Vietnam to provide financial insights, explain variances, and support operational decisions.

· Develop and strengthen the Controlling/FP&A function by guiding the FP&A team member and ensuring high‑quality budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.

· Act as the key finance contact for external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities during audits, statutory reviews, and inspections.

· Drive internal control and process improvements and ensure compliance with group policies and local regulations.

Other responsibilities

· Coordinate with banks on payments, loans, interest calculations, foreign currency transactions, and deposit management.

· Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and other finance-related duties as assigned.
