To take full ownership of preparing, reconciling, and submitting Group Reports accurately, timely, and in full compliance with Group policies and internal instructions. This role acts as a critical link between the local company and the Group, ensuring numbers are not only recorded but also fully validated, reconciled, and optimized.
- Gather and review source data, update Group guidelines, and prepare all required inputs prior to the closing period.
- Draft and submit Group Reports in full alignment with Group policies, internal procedures, and executive directives.
- Perform rigorous cross-checking, cross-footing, and formula integrity checks to ensure zero discrepancies and that all figures tie out seamlessly.
- Proactively address and resolve all queries, follow-ups, and adjustment requests from the Group through to final report approval.
- Ensure all analysis in the Group Report is fully aligned with the local entity's source financial data.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and archiving of all report versions, supporting schedules, and historical data across each reporting period.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document lessons learned and edge cases following each reporting cycle.
- Relentlessly test and iterate (trial and error) to find the most optimal reporting method, documenting the pros and cons of each test.
- Partner closely with IT and Accounting teams to automate reporting steps, streamline data flows, and reduce manual errors.

- 3+ years of experience in Group Reporting within multinational corporations or large enterprises (Big 4 / Audit background is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and automated data validation tools.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience preparing financial reports under VAS as well as specific Group Accounting Policies.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Group Reporting software (e.g., Oracle Hyperion HFM/FCCS, SAP BPC, etc.).
- ERP & Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of how ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) operate, how data flows, and the importance of maintaining source data integrity.
