Accounts Payable Lead

Job Description

CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking an Account Payable team Leader to take responsibilities for:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments to vendors.
• Develop and maintain account payable policies and procedures
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely and accurate of recording invoices, expenses before month end
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payment or invoice
• Prepare and analyze account payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projection and vendor performance.
• Monitor, maintain and enhance all internal controls in relation to Account Payable and Cash Disbursement functions
• Train and develop account payable staffs, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for account payable
• Responsible for ad-hoc reporting, special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degrees of Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, out of which at least 3 years as a Account Payable Manager in manufacturing;
• Experience in managing a team professionals
• Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insight and recommendations
• Fluency in speaking and writing English and Vietnamese;
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
• Strong communication skills and leadership skills, this position will involve frequent interaction with staffs, managers and vendors
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong follow through skills to ensure issues are resolved timely
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines;
• Honest, humble, hardworking, detail oriented.
