Job Description

  1. Administrative & Office Support:
  • Enter, update, and retrieve information from computer databases and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate computer-based and paper filing systems for reports, logs, SOPs, and audit records.
  • Prepare basic documents including emails, memos, checklists, and spreadsheets.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
  1. Operations & Hygiene Support:
  • Assist Central Kitchen Manager with meeting notes, action lists, and follow-ups for Central Kitchen-related meetings.
  • Support the Hygiene Manager with documentation of temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and pest control records.
  • Track corrective actions and close-out status from internal inspections.
  1. Communication & Culture:
  • Maintain and update Central Kitchen notice boards (announcements, training schedules, birthdays)
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate and timely communication of company policies.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Food Science.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; internship or administrative exposure is an advantage.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email), English communication.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Positive, service-minded attitude.
  • Must have an interest in F&B and Kitchen environment.
  • Office-based with regular exposure to production areas (PPE provided)
