Job Description

Administrative duties:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage legal and administrative contracts (e.g., car, internet, mail, telephone, office rental, cleaning, photocopy rental, etc.).
  • Arrange transportation services (Grab, company car, etc.).
  • Manage cleaning services and coordinate with vendors.
  • Prepare payment orders and process administrative expenses.
  • Handle business trip bookings (air tickets, hotels, logistics).
  • Support HR services: staff cards, uniforms, office support.
  • Handle staff welfare and administration tasks, including company outings, staff engagement programs, and training arrangements.

Event & Engagement duties:

  • Coordinate and organize CSR activities.
  • Support Ambassador programs and internal communication activities.
  • Organize national holiday events (Women’s Day, Mid-Autumn, Tet, etc.).
  • Arrange company trips and staff outings.
  • Support other events such as team building, birthdays, engagement programs, and training logistics.

Job Requirement

Required years of professional experience:

  • Graduated College/University
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, or Administration
  • Good command of English required (spoken and written)
  • Diligent, hard-working, and flexible in handling multiple tasks.
  • Quick and accurate in task execution, with high attention to detail
  • Available for immediate onboarding
