Handle reception duties, greeting and directing visitors, clients, partners, and job candidates when they arrive at the company.
Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer them to the appropriate departments
Manage and coordinate the company’s vehicles
Purchase and manage office supplies, equipment, and cleaning services
Process and manage administrative expense payments
Support, monitor, and handle payments for flight tickets and hotel bookings for business trips
Coordinate and organize internal events and employee engagement programs
Coordinate logistical arrangements for external corporate events
Support in work permit/visa applications and other administrative tasks related to expats
Implement recruitment plans, screen resumes, and organize interviews
Ensure recruitment progress meets the company’s needs
