1/ Facility Management

• To manage facility with some related parties.
• To manage in-store security with some related parties.
• To check and guide tenants for disaster prevention.
• To implement disaster prevention drills with some related parties.

2/ Food Safety and Hygene

• To implement hygiene seminars for tenants
• To guide and check tenants to ensure hygiene standards
• To implement food hygiene inspections for tenants

3/ Expense Control

• To plan the budget for some expenses and manage them.

4/ Admin

• To manage tenant employee information.
• To implement orientation for new tenant employees.
• To manage facilities for tenant employees.

• University (Degree)
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command in English
• Good negotiation and persuading skill and experience.

Working time: Shift plan as operation: 8 hours/shift, 6 days/week
