AI Engineer

- Provide solutions and implement AI projects using LLMs, GenAI services (like Google Gemini, Open AI, Doc AI....) or opensource projects

- Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning and AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and recommendation systems

- Work with large datasets to preprocess, analyze, and extract meaningful insights.

- Involve in the development of applications based mainly on Python & Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

- Plan and develop AI products and services that meet business needs

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deploy AI models into production environments.

- Continuously experiment and innovate, leveraging the latest advancements in AI and data science.

Requirements:

-          Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.

-          Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in AI/ML; preferably having worked with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Chatbots, etc.). Experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying LLM-based solutions is a plus.

-          Proficiency with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, or equivalents is a plus

-          Technical Expertise: 

•          Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
•          Experience working with LLMs, fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems.
•          Strong understanding of recommendation systems, including collaborative and content-based filtering.
•          Familiarity with AI workflows, including RAG, agent workflows, and personalization strategies.

-          Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.

-          Data Handling: Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and analytics using tools like Pandas and NumPy.

-          Priority:
