Job Description

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for AI/ML platforms
Support deployment and optimization of self-hosted LLM and retrieval systems on GPU infrastructure
Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarking tools, and data labeling pipelines
Improve retrieval quality across ingestion, indexing, ranking, and reranking workflows
Contribute to AI/ML initiatives related to engineering automation and PCB design workflows
Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, and monitoring
Gradually take ownership of more advanced machine learning and applied AI tasks

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong Python programming skills
Familiarity with backend development, APIs, databases, and Docker
Basic understanding of machine learning, LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval systems
Experience with Linux environments and Git version control
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative engineering environment
English proficiency is mandatory
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face
Knowledge of vector databases, RAG systems, or prompt engineering
Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment
Interest in EDA, PCB design, or semiconductor-related engineering workflows
