About the Job:

• We’re looking for a Social Media AI Content Executive to turn brand objectives into relevant, engaging, and platform-native social content.
• This role combines social content strategy, creative thinking, and AI-powered content creation. You’ll use AI tools — including AIRR Labs’ own AI solutions — to explore ideas, build content plans, develop video scripts, and create storyboards before working with the Video Production team to bring them to life.
• We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, trend-sensitive, and excited to experiment with AI as part of their everyday content workflow.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop social content plans based on each brand’s objectives, whether the goal is to drive traffic, engagement, or brand awareness.
• Use AI tools to explore, develop, and refine content ideas — turning a brief or business objective into relevant and creative social concepts.
• Write creative scripts for short-form video content, using AI to brainstorm, structure, challenge, and improve ideas and storytelling.
• Develop clear storyboards and creative directions that can be translated into video content.
• Stay highly alert to social trends, content formats, and emerging creative opportunities across social platforms.
• Work closely with the Video Production team to align on ideas, scripts, storyboards, and creative direction before production.
• Explore and experiment with AIRR Labs’ AI-powered marketing and content tools to improve the way content is ideated and produced.
• Continuously test new AI workflows and tools to make the content creation process faster, smarter, and more scalable.
• Keep an eye on market and consumer trends and bring fresh insights into content planning and creative development.
• Review content performance and audience responses to improve future ideas and content plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Social Content, Content Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong in social content planning, creative ideation, and content execution.
• Good at writing video scripts with strong storytelling and logical structure.
• Strong understanding of social trends, short-form content, and platform behavior.
• AI-curious and open-minded, with a genuine interest in experimenting with AI for content ideation, planning, scripting, and creative development.
• Creative thinker with good logic, curiosity, and market awareness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
