We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Manager to lead the AI strategy and technical execution for our recruitment platform. You will drive the adoption of AI technologies across our products, delivering intelligent capabilities such as resume parsing, job-candidate matching, semantic search, recommendation systems, AI assistants, and document intelligence.

Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and the Global Headquarters (HQ) to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value and enhance the recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI technical roadmap aligned with product and business objectives.
• Design and deliver AI-powered product capabilities, including resume parsing, semantic search, recommendation systems, AI assistants, and intelligent job-candidate matching.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and prototyping of complex AI solutions when needed.
• Build and optimize AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Document AI, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, monitor model quality, and continuously improve production performance, latency, and operational costs.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with responsible AI and data privacy best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI technical roadmaps.
• Work closely with the Global Headquarters (HQ) in English to align AI strategy, technical direction, architecture, and project delivery.
• Report project progress, technical risks, and strategic recommendations to the Senior Technical Manager.
• Contribute to building and growing the company's AI engineering capability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant experience leading AI/ML initiatives or technical projects.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products or features to production with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Document AI/OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, semantic search, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain (or similar frameworks), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and modern application development.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Global Headquarters (HQ) in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI-powered SaaS products., Recruitment Technology, HR Tech, Job Marketplace, Search, Recommendation Systems
• Experience with AI Agents, enterprise AI platforms, or large-scale Document AI solutions.
• Experience optimizing AI model performance, inference latency, and infrastructure costs.
