Air Freight Executive

· Request agent to contact shipper in order to arrange collection and get booking confirmation

· Track and update status of shipment to customer according to step by step

· Check documents/ credit/ other debit

· Handle work related - issues that arise

· Resolve customer/agent complaints related to the work of the import department

· Coordinate with other departments to handle domestic trucking

· Send POD to agent for DDU/DDP/ DAP shipments

· Receive pre-alert and check, compare documents and enter shipment information into the system

· Declare Manifest and receive A/N from co-loader/ warehouse for air shipment

· Send A/N and scanned invoice to customers and relevant departments

· Provide Delivery Order to customer/partners

· Input costing, debit note and selling/costing (if any)

· Amendment, addition manifest

· Process and issue letter of adding HAWB, letter of re-labelling HAWB label, requirement for quick operation

· Make weekly and monthly reports as requested by manager's department

·         Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation

·         Graduated from university with specialization in in Economics, Transportation, and International Business.

·         At least 03 years experienced in forwarding, logistics.

·         Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

·         Good skill of Customer Service

·         Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork.

·         Basic knowledge on air cargo as per IATA rules and regulation
