Air Freight Manager

- Follow & control the target of AF department every month.

- Develop co-loader sales to achieve the budget.

- Monitor the daily working of staffs:

+ Support team in dealing the best rate & space with airlines.

+ Instruct team solve the trouble with customers, airlines.

- Training, coaching & work with team to ensure quality.

- Reduce the complaints from customers to maximum.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air Freight.

- At least 3 years of management experience, leading a team of 8-10 members.

- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding companies handling 600-800 tons of air cargo per month.

- Strong relationships with airlines

- Willingness to develop Air Co-load business.

- Good English.
