Air Operation Executive (Freight FWD) - URGENTLY

• - Handle Air freight operations for both export and import cargo.
• - Taking the bookings from Airline's systems and release the booking confirmation to vendors/customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• - Issuing AWB/HAWB from Airline's systems
• - Sending Pre-Alert to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.
• - Declare the shipment information on the airline's system.
• - Coordinate closely with airlines, customs, warehouses, trucking companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling.
• - Tracking and tracing the cargo and domestic trucking status to ensure timely delivery.
• - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues throughout the Airlines process.
• - Checking SOA, payment to vendors, costing, and document filing.
• - Other task required by the superiors.
  

- Bachelor's degree of University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Having experience in Logistics, Forwarding, Supply chain is preferred.
- Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure.
- Excellent in communication skill, negotiation skill and problem-solving skill.
- Good at English, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
