Job Requirement
• University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–4 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokhop).
• Experience collaborating with Merchandise or Inventory teams on stock allocation and promotional planning is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of handling daily marketplace tasks, including listing maintenance, order processing, and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—capable of interpreting marketplace data to optimize listings and manage inventory effectively.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and dashboards (e.g. Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, or equivalents).
• Cross-functional collaboration: adept at coordinating with warehouse, marketing, and customer service teams to align on promotions and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Detail-oriented: Ensures 100% accuracy in product listings, pricing, and stock levels to minimize operational issues.
• Proactive & resourceful: Quickly identifies and addresses potential order bottlenecks, overselling, or listing issues.
• Results-driven: Focused on hitting marketplace sales targets while maintaining excellent seller ratings and minimal cancellations.
• Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure during major sale events or unexpected volume surges.
