The senior graphic designer is responsible for lead and oversee the design process creating visual concepts and solutions that effectively communicate a message or idea.
The primary goal is to develop a structured design guideline that can translate our brand vision into compelling visual assets across various platforms.
Create and manage all digital and print designs for our marketing needs.
Key Accountabilities:
Creative Conceptualization and Branding
Lead the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, ensuring it aligns with the brand's values and target audience.
Create style guides and design standards to maintain consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design work is in line with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.
Design Production
Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of creative materials, including but not limited to product packaging, promotional materials, print ads, and digital assets.
Generate visually compelling and original design concepts that effectively convey the brand's image and messaging.
Adapt designs for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and physical collateral.
Create multimedia content, including animations and short videos, for social media and online advertising.
Print Collateral
Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
Oversee the print production process, including proofing and quality control.
Trend Research And Innovation
Stay updated on the latest design and fashion industry trends, incorporating them into your work when relevant.
Research competitor designs and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Photography and Photo Editing
Assist in art direction for photoshoots, ensuring that visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images to maintain a consistent and polished look.
Manage the organization and cataloging of digital image assets.

Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Experience:
3+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fashion, retail, or E-commerce industry.
Work related skills:
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and brand understanding
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Soft skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
