[ALDO] Visual Merchandise Supervisor

Visual Merchandising & Store Execution:

• Lead the implementation of VM guidelines for seasonal floorsets, campaigns, and weekly updates across all ALDO stores.
• Adapt global VM direction to local needs while protecting global brand standards.
• Ensure store teams execute visual standards consistently and accurately.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit VM execution and identify improvement areas.

Assortment Planning:

• Blends Plitting the Big Number dollars into department sales dollars. That is to determine our sales budget by department/class.
• Finishing a properly assorted file, that ensures enough selection without overstocking and strikes the right balance between breadth (number of styles) and depth (quantity of each style), to provide the right merchandise flow.

Product Presentation & Commercial Alignment:

• Collaborate closely with Merchandising/Buying team to understand product strategies, key stories, and seasonal priorities.
• Strategically place hero products, trend stories, NOOS, and key drivers to maximize sell-through.
• Monitor stock levels and partner with Operations to adjust displays based on commercial performance.

Campaign Execution:

• Plan and execute visual displays for new arrivals, campaigns, and commercial events (Black Friday, holidays, sale periods).
• Ensure campaign windows, in-store communication, and POS materials are implemented on time and aligned with global branding.

VM Guidelines & Training:

• Develop and update VM guidelines, checklists, and training materials for store teams.
• Conduct VM training, coaching, and refreshers for store staff and supervisors to maintain execution consistency.
• Work with the VM Manager to elevate in-store talent and ensure store leaders can independently maintain standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing and Sales & Ops to align visual execution with brand and business priorities.
• Provide VM inputs for store layout planning, new store openings, renovations, and fixture requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track visual execution quality through reports and photo reviews.
• Identify VM opportunities to drive conversion, AOV, and sell-through.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance customer flow, zoning, and merchandise presentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Design, Business, or related field. (Equivalent training and experience will be considered).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably with international fashion brands (footwear or accessories is a plus).
• Strong visual sense, understanding of fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
• Hands-on execution ability with strong attention to detail.
• Capability to balance global VM guidelines with commercial reality.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good planning, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• English proficiency is a plus (for working with regional/global teams and guidelines).
• Proficiency in MS Office; design tools (AI/PS) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly responsible.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of retail experience.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to travel for store visits.
• Drives brand expression, elevates store impact, and boosts commercial performance through powerful visual execution.
• Strong knowledge of VM principles, fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to adapt global guidelines to local retail needs.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and how VM drives business performance.
• English proficiency is a plus.
