Job Description
Amazon Store Operations
- Account Health & Case Management: Monitor policy violation warnings; create and follow up cases with Amazon Seller Support.
- Inventory & Order Management: Track inventory daily on Seller Central, reconcile order data, and flag stock-out or overselling risks early.
- Listing Maintenance: Check images, titles, descriptions, A+ Content, and pricing daily; detect and report policy violations or errors.
- Listing Briefs: Build content and image packages for new products under the Mentor’s guidance.
Advertising & Market Intelligence
- PPC Support: Monitor ad spend and ACOS using existing reports; assist with budget adjustments and pausing/activating campaigns as directed.
- Market & Competitor Tracking: Update competitor pricing and promotions, and track Amazon platform policy changes.
Reporting
- Operations Reporting: Consolidate daily/weekly reports (GMV, inventory, ad spend) using existing templates and update the shared dashboard.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support ad-hoc marketplace operation tasks assigned by the Mentor.

Job Requirement

Requirements
Must-have
- 3rd or 4th year student, or fresh graduate, in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or a related field
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets (Vlookup and Pivot Table are an advantage)
- Good English reading comprehension
- Careful, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to commit full-time for at least 3 months
Preferred
- No prior experience required; candidates who have already explored Amazon / e-commerce are prioritised
- Interest in furniture, home living, or the U.S. consumer market
