Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Amazon Store Operations & Advertising Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations and in-app marketing of our Amazon stores for two flatware brands, Luciella and Stahlsmih.

The ideal candidate understands Amazon Seller Central deeply, can manage PPC campaigns efficiently, optimize listings, and ensure smooth store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Store Operations

  • Manage and update product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords)
  • Upload A+ content and manage storefront updates
  • Monitor account health and resolve issues
  • Manage variations and listing mergers
  • Handle promotions, coupons, and deals
  • Monitor customer reviews and coordinate responses

2. In-App Marketing (Amazon PPC)

  • Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting daily
  • Improve ACOS / TACOS performance
  • Monitor keyword rankings and indexing
  • Manage product launches with ranking support campaigns
  • Analyze competitor advertising behavior

3. Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily sales and advertising performance
  • Prepare weekly performance reports
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and take corrective action
  • Monitor Buy Box, pricing, and competition

4. Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and alert management before stock-outs
  • Support FBA shipment preparation
  • Track sell-through rate

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
  • Direct experience running Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR
  • Experience optimizing listings for conversion
  • Data-oriented and comfortable working with spreadsheets
  • Detail-oriented and execution-driven
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred

  • Experience in home/kitchen category
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs
  • Experience supporting product launches
