Job Description

Set up, program, and operate AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems for post-reflow inspection in SMT production.
Anacalls.lyze inspection results, identify defects, and maintain AOI programs for prototype and production PCB assemblies.
Collaborate with the Process Engineering (PE) team to troubleshoot on-line production issues and improve inspection accuracy.
Monitor inspection performance and prepare defect analysis reports for the Quality team.
Continuously optimize AOI programs to improve detection rate and reduce false

Minimum 2 years of experience working with AOI systems in SMT manufacturing (experience with Koh Young or similar systems is an advantage).
Good understanding of SMT processes, common PCB defects, and IPC standards (IPC-A-610).
Basic programming skills related to AOI inspection systems.
Educational background in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
Willing to work in shift schedules and overtime when required.
