Application Specialist (Hospitality Hygiene Solutions)

* Summary: This opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the entire food service, hospitality, laundry and building care service industry.

You will serve as the face of AIM for your customers, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes, programs and equipment to create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments and drive a positive guest experience.

The Hygiene Chemical Application Specialist is ultimately responsible for management of key accounts as well as working with our customers, to develop product and service strategies for mutual benefit including chemical solutions, equipment (Taski and Ware washing machines) and service maintenance contracts

* Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to monitor product usage, service quality, and resolve operational issues.
• Recommend appropriate hygiene solutions, chemicals, and cleaning equipment based on each customer's operational needs.
• Support new customers during product implementation and onboarding.
• Deliver product and operational training on the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene procedures.
• Prepare training materials, operating guidelines, and supporting documentation for customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality customer support.
• Support the Business Development team during customer surveys, site assessments, product trials, and new account implementations when required.

***Requirements:

• Minimum 03 - year industry related experience in food service and/ or laundry and/ or, housekeeping and or hospitality is required
• Confident - you should be confident to talk to Head Chefs, Managers and business decision makers
• Degree preferably business or technical/industrial engineering or hospitality
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Willing to travel
