Architect – Site Architect (Hotel Project)

• Assist the Site Supervisor in architectural works, including checking drawings and site execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the investor.
• Prepare reports, site sketches/ drawings, and maintain daily/weekly site records.
• Use English for basic technical communication with partners and contractors.
• Communicate effectively in Vietnamese with local authorities, workers, and project stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction.
• 1–3 years of site experience (hotel/resort projects are an advantage).
• Strong ability to read and understand drawings; knowledge of basic construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Commit full time to work on Cat Ba Island.

Working time: 48 hours; 6 days per week, Sunday is weekly off day aside from annual leave.

Salary for the position: USD 1500++ (subject final management decision)
