Architecture Staff/ Draftsman - Tiếng Anh tốt

We are an architectural firm based in Melbourne, Australia, and we are seeking a talented and motivated Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and plans for our projects using relevant software, particularly ArchiCAD. They will also work closely with our team of architects and designers to ensure that our designs are accurate and well-coordinated.

• Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD and other relevant software
• Work collaboratively with our team of architects and designers to ensure that our designs are accurate and well-coordinated
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and schedules
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure that project requirements are understood and met
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and project documents
• Keep up to date with relevant software and technologies

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent drafting and technical drawing skills
• Proficient in relevant software, particularly ArchiCAD
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
