Job Description

To achieve sales targets for brands-in-charge stores, ensuring high company standards and operational excellence.

Ensure effective management of budgets, staff, and inventory to meet sales targets while maintaining high company standards and addressing operational challenges.

1. Sale & KPIs management

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through regular reviews and actionable strategies.
  • Monitor all KPIs set by the company and ensure they align with the business strategy to support and drive business improvement

2. Budget Management

  • Monitor and control operating costs, ensuring efficient resource use and compliance with company standards.

3. People Management

  • Manage store staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Enhance team performance through effective leadership, reward & recognition, and staff development.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) and Human Resources Department (HRD) to monitor and develop career progression plans for store staff, reviewing and refining them annually as needed

4. Operational Process Management

  • Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including hygiene, housekeeping, and marketing material. Resolve administrative issues, customer complaints, and employee concerns promptly.
  • Visual Merchandise: Ensure visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines by working closely with VM team
  • Loss Prevention: Enforce loss prevention policies, manage inventory discrepancies, and safeguard company assets.

5. Store Project Management: Manage store projects, including openings, refurbishments, and closures, in line with company plans.

6. Policies & Cash Management

  • Ensure all current internal processes and policies relating to operational policies and procedures for Loss Prevention, Store Operations, Inventory, New Stores Opening and Cash Audit functions across all countries.
  • Define and establish cash management disciplines to protect company cash assets.

7. Other tasks:

  • Supplier Partnership: Develop and strengthen the consignment and supplier relationships to establish long term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of the latest trend in the market with respect to the Product Trends and Brand standards.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 5-7 years in retail management, with at least 2 years in a district or area management role in Retail field
  • Strong leadership, sales management, and operational skills.  
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in English
