Job Description

Job Summary:

Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective

brand-building strategies.

Main Roles and Duties:

  • Define a clear product strategy.
  • Develop a product roadmap, New Product Innovation management, and anticipate potential scenarios during operation.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and desires for the product
  • Assess the market and analyze competing products.
  • Establish the product's value proposition and collaborate with relevant departments to guide product development.
  • Perform additional tasks related to the company's specific products .
  • Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
  • Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the Product and category
  • Lead cross functions (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing, stratergy marketing) to run the New Product development process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam.
  • Follow up and control Marketing expenses.
  • Smoothly cooperate with other Departments to handle tasks related to the Product in charge.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
  • At least 03 years experience in product management or ABM positions
  • Strong logical thinking skills; analyzing and solving problems effectively
  • Multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
