B. Job Description
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
• Support Senior Brand Manager in developing annual brand plans, campaign strategies, and innovation pipeline for brand.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitors, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure brand initiatives align with overall business objectives.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
• Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, trade, and offline touchpoints.
• Work closely with creative, media, PR, and production agencies to develop communication materials and ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities to achieve KPIs and business targets.
3. New Product Development
• Work closely with global teams to support NPD projects from concept development to launch.
• Coordinate product development timelines, packaging adaptation, artwork development, and go-to-market planning.
• Support consumer research, product testing, and market evaluation for innovation projects.
• Ensure alignment between local market needs and regional brand direction.
4. Business & Performance Monitoring
• Track sales performance, market share, brand health, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports, business reviews, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Manage marketing budget efficiently and monitor spending versus plan.
5. Consumer & Market Insights
• Work with research agencies and internal stakeholders to understand consumer behavior and emerging trends.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for communication, innovation, and business growth.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Global, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial initiatives.
1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing/Assistant Brand Manager role, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Experience handling integrated campaigns and working with agencies is preferred.
• Experience in innovation/NPD projects is an advantage.
2. Skills & Competencies
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of branding, consumer marketing, and digital communication.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Good presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
