The Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) is responsible for driving the company’s branding and communication initiatives. This role ensures the effective execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, supports the sales team with trade marketing and enablement tools, and upholds the brand’s consistency and integrity. The AMM serves as a critical link between strategic marketing objectives and marketing activities’ implementation, aligning all efforts with the company’s goals in the plywood and related products market, both domestic and international market.
1. Branding and Communication Projects:
- Lead the implementation of Branding & Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns, digital marketing efforts, public relations (PR), and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, such as trade fairs, exibitions,..
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms and materials.
2. Content Strategy and Management
- Define content strategies and directions tailored to B2B audiences in plywood and related products industry. ·
- Oversee the creation, review, and approval of all branding materials to ensure they meet quality standards, reflecting the company’s vision.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties (vendors, agencies, freelancers,…) e.g., social media specialists, graphic designers) to produce high-quality content and visuals.
- Understand customers’ portfolios, market trends and ideate concepts to drive co-branding programs, workshops,…with customers, construction contractors, universities,… in Vietnam.
- Regularly update to customers market information, trends, innovation, blogs via e-news, workshops, meetings,..
3. Sales Support
- Partner with the sales team to design and execute trade marketing initiatives that enhance market presence in Vietnam and international markets.
- Develop sales enablement tools, such as brochures, product sheets, and presentations, to support sales efforts.
- Provide mock-ups and samples to internal and external customers.
4. Project Coordination
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and managing marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing, sales, and creative teams/agencies/freelancers to achieve seamless project execution.
5. Market Research
- Monitor political developments, enactments, regulations affecting TEKCOM business and the markets which TEKCOM is supplying
- Monitor economic, social trends and developments in the country and the impacts for company business industry
- Monitor customers’ communication, marketing campaign, new products launch for monthly review
- Monitor competitors’ communication, marketing campaign, pricing movement for monthly review
