Position Summary

Support New Product Introduction activities from design review through mass production. Assist the engineering team with project coordination, product validation, technical documentation, issue tracking, and communication with local and global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Engineering Builds, Qualification Builds, pilot runs, and mass-production launch activities.
2. Coordinate product samples, testing requirements, technical documentation, and project schedules.
3. Track engineering issues, corrective actions, and project deliverables, escalating delays or risks promptly.
4. Work with Design, Test Lab, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve product and process issues.
5. Prepare clear project updates, test summaries, meeting minutes, and technical reports in English.

Person Specifications

1. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for working with local and global teams.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
3. Zero to two years of experience in NPI, product engineering, manufacturing, quality, or testing.
4. Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
5. Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project-tracking skills.
