Job Description

This headcount will be work in Dau Giay Industrial Park (Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Dong Nai, Binh Duong)

JOB SUMMARY

- Act as the Operations lead for NPD projects.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities (ME/IE/QE/ME/Production/PMC) to ensure process readiness.

- Evaluate design & process feasibility and provide DFM input.

- Lead process planning, trials, and validation through QB/PP/1st MP builds.

- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and ensure safe/stable product launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. NPD Project Support (Operations Lead)

- Lead & coordinate Operations deliverables for assigned NPD projects.

- Participate in design/technical reviews and provide actionable DFM/DFA feedback.

- Build and execute readiness plans, identify risks, and drive closure with functional teams.

2. Process Feasibility & Design Assessment

- Evaluate product design for manufacturability (DFM) and operation impact.

- Review tolerances, materials, assembly sequence, ergonomics, and risk points.

- Provide early feedback to design/R&D teams to influence robust product design.

- Review the process documents such as Layout/WI/Fixture list.

3. Process Planning & Validation

- Review and contribute to process flow, critical parameters, tool/fixture needs, and quality controls.

- Lead process trials, QB/PP/1st MP builds, and validate capability & stability.

- Ensure all process risks are addressed via PFMEA.

4. Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation

- Lead cross-functional problem solving during builds.

- Identify root causes, implement containment, and drive corrective/preventive actions.

- Ensure risk mitigation plans are completed before mass production.

5. Documentation & Launch Readiness

- Prepare build readiness checklists, process sheets, SOPs, and validation reports.

- Support ramp-up and handover to manufacturing teams for mass production.

- Review PSR (Problem Summary Report) after every builds to ensure improving the gaps.

6. Report

- Consolidate daily/weekly build highlights, key issues, risk status, and readiness progress.

- Provide clear updates on project timeline, actions, build results, and pending items to APE Manager.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering majors (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, Mechatronic,...)

Cross-functional influence & communication (English).

Experience: 0-1 years of experience

Good communication skill

Knowledge: Basic understanding of project phases, timelines, and risk handling or Project management.
