Job Description

Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure adherence to company standards.
Execute and implement quality assurance strategies and processes which developed
Manage a team of quality engineers and provide necessary training and guidance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Use audit results to help develop process improvement with functional teams.
Review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
Monitor and report on quality control performance metrics.
Manage Quality Engineering and New Product NPI Quality
Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
Reports to Senior Quality Manager

Bachelor’s degree; with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role
Experienced in SMT and Assembly of Electronic Factory.
Experienced in Quality Management
Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
Living in Binh Duong is preferable
